Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Oversee daily email correspondence, draft professional responses, and screen incoming communications to prioritize urgent matters.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries for executives using tools like Google Calendar and Outlook.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and edit documents, manage databases, and perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research and compile reports on industry trends to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and escalating issues when necessary.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking project milestones, organizing files, and maintaining digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Software: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
