Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product questions using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and communication tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM CT)
