- Manage weekend client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Onboard new clients and optimize platform adoption during weekend hours
- Resolve technical issues and provide strategic account guidance remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product development
- Document client interactions and success metrics in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct weekend training sessions for client stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting retention and satisfaction metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with remote client engagement expertise
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting SaaS platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Weekend availability (Saturday-Sunday) is mandatory
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
