Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure 100% customer satisfaction ratings.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training materials to deliver accurate solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with remote desktop tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during weekend shifts without supervision.
- Must reside within the United States with a stable high-speed internet connection.
