Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and account support for SaaS platform users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer pain points and suggest product improvements to the product team.
- Maintain a high level of professional demeanor and brand consistency in all communications.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
