Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM PT)
- Document cases meticulously in Zendesk with detailed resolution steps and client feedback
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic and solution-oriented support
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQ updates
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven ability to troubleshoot cloud platforms, networking issues, and software applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Jira, and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be available to work weekends consistently with flexibility during peak periods
