Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for SaaS products and cloud services
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing training on new products and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm CT)
