Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and troubleshoot account problems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM PST)
