Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS products using diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless handoffs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Meet performance metrics including first-contact resolution and CSAT scores
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm EST)
