Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and technical escalations using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex account issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm ET)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in remote environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Available for 100% weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Philadelphia-based preferred for timezone alignment
