- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless issue escalation
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend support workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience, preferably in remote/tech roles
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and communication platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm EST)
