- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and address inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements

Qualifications

- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and proficiency with remote desktop tools

- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
