As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their technical challenges are resolved with speed and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Inquiries: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers using remote access tools.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets, interactions, and resolutions into our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless coverage.
- Product Feedback: Relay customer feedback and feature requests to the product development team.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Windows and Mac operating systems; familiarity with remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent preferred.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
