Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and propose process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
