As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during the weekend hours, ensuring seamless service and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Efficiently manage and resolve customer tickets via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and product inquiries with patience and expertise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the M-F support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Feedback Loop: Relay critical customer feedback to product management to help drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience (remote or in-office).
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
