Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans via telehealth platform during weekend shifts
- Provide virtual triage and health education to diverse patient populations
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with on-site medical teams for seamless care continuity
- Monitor patient data and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for urgent patient needs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical or telehealth experience
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas healthcare professional license (RN, LPN, MA, etc.)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
