Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain company-provided IT equipment
- Document support tickets and solutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Train users on new software implementations
- Maintain security protocols for remote access
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, networking basics, and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional equipment pickup)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
