Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via remote channels.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during weekend shifts.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network devices provided by the company.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition between weekend and weekday operations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for rotating shifts.
