Responsibilities

- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure data integrity.

- Perform routine file maintenance and system backups.
- Assist in resolving basic customer service inquiries related to data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must reside within the United States (specifically Ohio preferred for this role).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet navigation.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
