Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual workstations and cloud infrastructure
- Develop automation scripts for recurring IT tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system and Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and VPN issues
- Experience with SCCM or Intune for endpoint management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
