Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.
