Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming support tickets with a focus on rapid response times.
- Ensure data security and system integrity by strictly adhering to weekend security protocols.
- Document all technical resolutions and customer interactions in the CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to escalate complex issues and provide handover summaries.
- Conduct remote user training and software updates to optimize weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a remote or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, and common productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Must reside in San Antonio, TX and possess a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
