Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with 95%+ accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet weekly performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Proactively identify process improvements and suggest solutions
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
