Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product-related concerns efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose actionable improvements
- Adhere to company SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-4pm PST)
