Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions using Salesforce CRM while maintaining 98%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 90+ CSAT score, 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Proactively identify process improvements and share with management
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (OS, browsers, connectivity)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm EST flexible scheduling)
