Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and server health during the weekend shift to ensure business continuity.
- Respond to incoming support tickets and emails with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to hand over unresolved tickets and provide status updates.
- Install, configure, and update software applications for remote users.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools, VPNs, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
