Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for remote employees via phone and chat.
- Monitor system health and performance during off-peak hours to proactively prevent downtime.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical resolutions and update the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and security patches during low-traffic periods.
- Escalate complex hardware or software issues to senior engineers promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles.
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote environment.
- Must be available to work a full weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and cloud-based applications (Office 365, G-Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk preferred).
- High degree of problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
