Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex software/hardware issues via remote access tools and ticketing systems
- Document all interactions and solutions in CRM databases with precision
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate and resolve critical infrastructure issues
- Maintain system security protocols during all remote access sessions
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance monitoring
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or customer service
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM PT)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
