Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical operations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with core hours 10 AM - 6 PM CT
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
