Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for customers via chat, email, and phone during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote desktop environments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles to improve self-service options.
- Conduct regular training sessions on new software updates and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required.
