Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts
- Resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated technical challenges
- Contribute to weekend-specific knowledge base improvements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or IT helpdesk environments
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 12 AM - 8 PM EST)
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce CRM systems
