Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate technical troubleshooting and product support for our software suite.
- Document all interactions and solutions clearly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or set schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
