Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via chat and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to troubleshoot escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
