Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets and inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for remote clients with a focus on quick resolution.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and client feedback in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team during handover periods to ensure continuity of service.
- Proactively identify potential system issues and escalate them to the engineering team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), and basic networking concepts.
