As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during critical weekend hours, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team during weekdays to ensure continuity of service.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while providing clear status updates to customers.
- Proactively identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, noise-free home workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM software is a plus.
