Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote users.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues that require weekday engineering attention.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical documentation to ensure accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and meet daily/weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a helpdesk environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends (Friday-Monday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
