Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on best practices for software usage and security.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and document complex bugs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
