Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during assigned weekend shifts.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with high attention to detail and speed.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 engineering teams when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without direct supervision.
