Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with global engineering teams during weekend escalation protocols
- Conduct proactive system health checks and patch deployments during off-peak hours
- Train weekend customers on new platform features and security protocols
- Generate weekly performance reports highlighting resolution metrics and improvement areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Tier 2/3 technical support experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proven weekend shift availability and remote work proficiency
- Expertise in Linux/Windows server administration and scripting
- Strong diagnostic skills for SaaS and IoT connectivity issues
- Excellent written communication with multi-cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
