Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise cloud platforms via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues including AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments
- Document support cases with detailed technical documentation and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for escalated incidents while maintaining ownership
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential weekend outages
- Conduct weekend system maintenance tasks as scheduled by the DevOps team
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with weekend-specific KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience with cloud platforms
- Compelling weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure troubleshooting and cloud networking fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management knowledge
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Experience working independently in distributed teams across time zones
- Valid US work authorization and remote-ready home office setup
