Responsibilities
- Handle 25-30 daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing inquiries and technical issues using Salesforce CRM
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests with 24-hour turnaround
- Collaborate with Tampa-based support teams via virtual huddles
- Maintain detailed customer records in compliance with FL state regulations
- Proactively upsell premium services using data-driven insights
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training on product updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience with remote work preference
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
