Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products using remote diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM system with detailed case notes
- Collaborate with engineering team to escalate complex bugs
- Conduct proactive follow-ups on unresolved cases
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training modules
- Support weekend on-call rotation (1:5 weekends)
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Asana)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
