Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Slack
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Datadog
- Onboard new employees remotely via Zoom and automated tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proven experience with remote team collaboration tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional on-site visits
