Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for 500+ employees across US/UK
- Manage Active Directory, VPN, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR)
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery protocols
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Mentor junior support staff during onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with remote work experience
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS/Android
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
