Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, code, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet strict business requirements and performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in a remote setting.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices and internal coding standards.
- Architecture: Participate in technical architecture discussions to ensure system stability, scalability, and security.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software reliability and seamless functionality.
- Agile Processes: Engage actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
