Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to clients in the United States.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software or service-related inquiries efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the remote team to develop and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company communication standards.

Qualifications
