Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for next-gen software features, including AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise-grade coding standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
