Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning architecture goals with long-term business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling the projected load of next-generation AI and IoT integration.
- Innovation Labs: Lead experimental projects in quantum computing, edge computing, and generative AI to test feasibility and performance.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust system architecture and compliance standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to business solutions.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, undefined problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
