Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of creative assets.
- Create storyboards, style frames, and asset libraries to guide project vision.
- Maintain a high standard of visual consistency across all brand deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging 2D techniques (e.g., Procreate, After Effects, Blender).
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced animation techniques and clean typography.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
