Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural architectures for scalable applications.
- Optimize existing models for high-performance inference in cloud environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps and model governance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to drive internal innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
